Accommodating unusual, custom themes comes naturally for Lyndsey and her crew, too. For a recent couple, she put together a jazz-themed Cole Porter wedding—a perfect example of her willingness to create an event stamped with her clients’ personalities. Because the bride and groom were devoted fans of Porter, a 1940s-era composer, the wedding reception had a “Let’s Misbehave” theme, complete with live jazz, black tie and tails, and sumptuous décor that echoed the WWII time period. “She’s very happy to allow her clients to stay true to themselves during the planning process, while still putting together a really great event,” explains a bride.
When it comes to maintaining order on the big day, nothing gets by Lyndsey and her team. “The last wedding I did with Lyndsey may have been the best I’ve ever attended,” says one vendor. “Her attention to detail and planning created a stress-free event.
