Background
F. Duncan Reyes got his start as a corporate event planner. He later earned high marks as a catering manager for luxury hotels such as the Pan Pacific Hotel and the Fairmont Hotels in San Francisco and Chicago and as General Manager of the Merchants Exchange in San Francisco. As the Catering Manager at the Westin St. Francis Hotel in San Francisco he specialized in weddings and social events. As one admiring event professional told us, “I think the years of experience have given him this calm demeanor that allows him to handle anything that you throw at him! Duncan is simply one of the best in the city! He is really wonderful to work with: keeping it simple, no drama. Duncan is really gifted, and his creativity translates in every event he does!”
Services
Duncan offers different levels of service: full event production and coordination, partial planning, or “month of” coordination. Depending on your needs, he provides location and vendor recommendations and procurement, guest list database services, timelines, and décor design (including creative lighting).
