The company owner, Scott Yoffe, and his staff are not just disc jockeys and masters of ceremonies. They’re on-site event managers who keep the party moving, allowing their clients to truly enjoy themselves.
“Scott and his staff pretty much ran the show for us,” explains one very satisfied bride. “They created a wedding reception timeline and made sure we were always in the right spot at the right time. They ensured the evening was smooth flowing and well-organized—it was like having a wedding planner! Plus, the music was great—they played what we requested and had people dancing until the end of the night.”

After the ceremony, their skills really shine. The master of ceremonies welcomes everyone, and then prepares the guests for the grand entrance. This often includes playing romantic music and reading a short “love story,” which describes what brought the couple together, and how their friendship blossomed into love. “To me, this presentation is one of the high points of the wedding,” Scott explains, “because it gives guests a chance to get to know the bride and groom better, and to appreciate the beauty of their relationship. That’s what makes each wedding unique for us and the guests.” When the storytelling is finished, the music of choice is pumped up and the bride and groom make their grand entrance. “From the moment the couple enters, the tone is set for the rest of the evening,” says Scott.
“We don’t believe in cookie cutter-style wedding entertainment,” Scott promises. To keep each party fresh, he and his staff play a wide variety of music, which fully reflects the style and taste of the bride and groom. “Entertainment Express had a huge selection of music and they really helped us figure out what to play,” says another bride. “For example, I knew what music I wanted for the first dance, but I didn’t know what we should play during the cocktail and dinner hours. They knew just what to suggest, and they had a very state-of-the art computerized sound system where they could locate a particular song and play it within seconds.”
