About This Company

“Everyone tells you, “make sure you have the wedding you want to have, but Elsa was the only one who really meant it.” She’s a Meeting Planner, professional hair & make-up artist, and a ballroom dance
instructor plus she’s multi-lingual. Multi-cultural, themed, and Wine Country weddings are her specialty. Her calm and friendly attitude will put you at ease.

Background

A native of Sonoma County, Elsa Vera grew up in a family of restaurateurs, working and coordinating the catering of countless weddings and special celebrations. Then, Elsa joined Club Med as the Director of Entertainment for several of their well-known resorts. In that role, Elsa was responsible for the entertainment of a thousand people, of all ages, and of diverse cultural backgrounds. The Club Med experience offered her intensive training on how to handle any event (or emergency!), detail by detail, and made her a whiz at coming up with imaginative themes for all types of celebrations.

Elsa is fluent in English and Spanish and can “get by” in French, Italian and German. She is not only a Certified Meeting Planner, but is a licensed cosmetologist and a professional dance instructor. So if your hair falls down, you cry your mascara off, or if your groom has two left feet, Elsa can help! EVP is on the recommended vendor list of many Bay Area wedding professionals as well as many event sites, including Fetzer and V. Sattui Wineries, and Healdsburg Country Gardens.

Services

Professional event design and organization. Bridal consulting and advice is offered on an hourly basis or in complete event planning packages. Elsa also offers “first dance choreography”, and general dance instruction, as well as hair styling and make-up. She has extensive experience coordinating multi-cultural, themed, and destination weddings.
