Background
Sonoma native Elaine Bell has long been one of the innovators of wine country catering. Back in 1982, when she first started her company, she would take her range from out to the vineyards so that she could offer freshly prepared food right on the grounds-no one else was doing that, and people loved it!
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Bell also worked at Domaine Chandon Winery under the direction of chef Philippe Jeanty and pioneered some of the early spa menus for Sonoma Mission Inn.
