“Perfection!” “A work of art!” and “Delicious!” are the kind of raves you hear over and over again about Beaux Gateaux. Using only the finest ingredients and natural flavorings, master cake artist and chocolatier Kay Dillon will design the cake of your dreams.
Background
Kay studied Nutritional Sciences at U.C. Berkeley and completed the Baking and Pastry Program at the California Culinary Academy. She honed her skills at a number of restaurants and bakeries including Le Chantilly and the Chocolate Argonaut. She continues to study under notable masters of cake artistry, including Colette Peters. Kay teaches classes in chocolatiering and cake decorating at a Bay Area Pastry School.

Provides custom cakes and chocolates with an emphasis on unique design artistry.
An hour long complimentary formal tasting begins your experience at Beaux Gateaux. Setting the mood with relaxing music, fine china and linens; Kay will meet with you until she is completely satisfied that she has the “vision of the cake of your dreams.” Kay specializes in working with white chocolate, and accenting her cakes with flowers, fruits and bows created with chocolate, sugar and marzipan. She also custom designs chocolates for wedding and party favors. In both her custom cakes and chocolates she uses only the finest of ingredients with an emphasis on natural flavorings. Kay also offers the use of unique platters, displays, drapes and linens to ensure a beautiful presentation of her cakes and chocolates.
