Taffy Holmes Gonzalez is a graduate of the National Association of Bridal Consultants Professional Development Program. She also has a degree from Cal Poly SLO in Journalism with a concentration in Public Relations. She has taught wedding planning courses at Cuesta College and the San Luis Obispo Adult Education School. Taffy also serves on the board of directors for the Central Coast Wedding Professionals.

With this sort of background it shouldn’t be surprising that we consistently heard fellow wedding professionals admire her aplomb and ability to see solutions where others see problems. Even in situations when she didn’t assist in the choice of vendors or when the weather doesn’t cooperate, “she doesn’t freak out when there is a snag in the plans or something doesn’t go as expected. She calmly figures out how to best fix the situation,” as a local vendor told us.
