Background
Alisha is a Certified Professional Photographer (CPP). In 2002, Brook won the Grand Prize for Photojournalism at the WPPI (Wedding and Portrait Photographers International) Conference and Alisha was awarded for her work as well. Their work is included with a select group of wedding photographers in Bill Hurter’s books Best of Wedding Photography and Best of Wedding Photojournalism.
Alisha and Brook were selected to photograph a nationally televised fairytale wedding designed by celebrity event planner, Colin Cowie. Their images appeared on “Oprah,” who acknowledged them as, “Fabulous photographers capturing every moment.” This duo’s work has also been featured in the following magazines: Grace Ormonde Wedding Style, Wedding Bells, The Knot, Studio Photography & Design, and Elegant Bride. Services
This happily married couple share a passion for art in their blend of documentary and fine art photography services. They photograph weddings as a duo, so clients receive their combined talents and two different vantage points and artistic perspectives, resulting in a more comprehensive coverage of each wedding. Alisha and Brook are passionate about getting to know their couples, making monthly pre-wedding calls and offering an engagement session to each one so everyone knows each other well before the big day. They offer an all-inclusive fee that includes the engagement session, up to 10 hours of wedding day coverage with no film restrictions, a voluminous proof book with black and white and color photographs, a leather fine art book with 30 hand-printed 5×7s which rest in a matching slipcase, and negatives at no extra charge.
Alisha and Brook are available for pre- and post-wedding celebrations and offer photographic services to document all family celebrations, newborns and milestones.
Custom Leather Craftsmen albums are offered exclusively, including a fine art book and magazine-style album. Fine art fiber prints are also available, and the negatives always belong to the client.
