Background

With 30 years of experience in restaurants, hotels and catering, Michael Jones knows what good food and good service is all about. He began his career under the tyranny of a French Lunatic Perfectionist Chef, then went on to complete his training at some of the most famous fine-dining establishments in the world. After work and travels in such places as England, Switzerland, Austria, France, Greece, Yugoslavia, Turkey, and New York, he is well-versed in the best of food, wine and service throughout the world. He is a highly-acclaimed chef, sommelier, and culinary arts instructor.
