A Catered Affair provides full-service catering for a wide range of events including weddings, company picnics, theme parties, elegant sit-down dinners, and 10,000-guest corporate events. From Black Tie to gourmet BBQ, they can do it all!

They make event planning easy for their customers by offering them one-stop shopping, uncomplicated contracts and all-around service. In addition to catering, they’ll coordinate décor, flowers, transportation, entertainment and more! They also have professional vendor references they are happy to share with you. And when it comes to their menus, they’re quite flexible: clients have an ample selection to choose from or they can opt for customized dishes.

In addition to being trendsetters, the staff at A Catered Affair works extremely well together, creating a warm environment for themselves and their clients. It’s no surprise they enjoy giving back to the community in many ways. Their desire to improve their corner of the planet has also led them to “Go Green” in various aspects of their business.

Owner Bob Changras graduated with a degree in Hospitality and Food Management and immediately went to work for the Marriott Corporation. After stints at a variety of other companies within the hospitality industry, he gained extensive knowledge and became interested in the catering industry. He eventually came to A Catered Affair, and after 11 years with the company became its owner. Today, A Catered Affair has grown into a well-known Bay Area catering company whose team of chefs, event planners and catering coordinators work together to provide exemplary service for all of their clients.
