Lee Andrews, owner of Sun Studios, is a Certified Gemologist (GIA & AGS), a Master Jewelry Designer, a member of the American Gem Society and a former president of the Northern California Guild of the American Gem Society. What these impressive qualifications don’t tell you is that Lee is also a joy to work with. He’s especially helpful for brides who aren’t exactly sure what they want. Lee invites you and your fiancé to sit down with him and explore the options, whether incorporating gems from jewelry you already own or selecting your perfect stone from among Sun Studios’ collection. Together, you and Lee will dream up a unique work of art. “I love crafting original, exquisite pieces for families to treasure for generations,” explains Lee.
Lee opened Sun Studios in the early ‘80s following a European-style apprenticeship under a Dutch Master Jeweler and an American Master Craftsman and Gemologist. Over the ensuing years, his shop has been recognized by the Carmel community for outstanding design and personal service.
