Cortnie, the bride, is an event designer at Canvas and Canopy. The vision for her wedding was “a shipwrecked vibe, a washed ashore, nautical, ethereal almost ghostly feel.”
Cortnie wore a custom gown created by Joan Shum which included a mix of blush and beige tones, and sparkly Jimmy Choos.
The custom paper goods followed the shipwrecked theme, but also showcased the silhouettes of bears—an homage to the bride's nickname for her groom and their adorable French bulldog...
Who also happens to be in the wedding party! Meet Bubba.

Guests were taken down to the beach by pedicab, where they happened upon a rustic wooden sign directing them to the beach ceremony site.
An incredible chuppah and Lucite ghost chairs. The bride says, "I loved the idea of ghost chairs on the sandy beach because literally nothing was blocking the gorgeous view."
The bride used a mix of wooden tables and Wildflower Linen’s most popular lace overlay called Carolyn Lace in Champagne color. It was paired with the Homestead Collection in the stone color—simple linens with an organic feel to match the rest of the wedding décor palette.
The long wooden tables incorporated a mix of both modern and rustic décor elements.
A crystal boat chandelier and even a floating wood table hung from giant nautical ropes intertwined with florals!

“They were amazing to work with and I give them the highest recommendation possible. I live in San Francisco but my wedding was in Southern California. The manager offered me a great consultation and I so appreciated that she was willing to mail samples down to my location site so I could use them for consultations with the florist, baker and catering manager.”
“The manager was so informative and educational. From beginning to end she walked us through the whole process. The linens and chair covers were beautiful and added so much to the overall décor of our event.”
