Fees & Deposits

50% of the venue rental fee is required to reserve your date and the balance is due 14 days prior to the event. Rental fees range $2,000–10,000 depending on time of year and the space reserved. Meals range $55–100/person. Tax, alcohol and a 20% service charge are additional.

Availability

Full-venue buyouts are available in all months except July and August. Full venue buyouts must end by midnight.
In July and August the lakefront lawn is available for events, but no full-venue buyouts are offered. Lakefront lawn events must end by 10pm.
