Why We Like This Place

The staff at Wedgewood Wedding and Banquet Center at Delta View Golf Course knows just what to do to make your event a huge success. Whether the party unfolds indoors or out, this rambling Mission-style clubhouse set amid handsomely sculpted fairways overlooking the Sacramento River Delta provides grounds for a wonderful celebration.

When they arrive, guests will naturally congregate on one of the broad, sunlit patios where tables and chairs can either be appealingly arranged or whisked away in welcome. Double glass doors open to the tastefully carpeted bar and receiving area, where your partygoers can meet one another, mingle and munch, or sip on champagne and signature drinks at a delightful salutary reception. The bar opens onto a spacious vestibule with plenty of room for a guest book, gift table, and additional socializing.

The grass is always green on the manicured lawn just beyond the patio, where a white gazebo surrounded by snow-white tree roses and other cloud-colored blossoms is fringed by a curtain of willow. You can tie the knot in this favorite spot or have your ceremony indoors in the Delta View Room, an airy hall with a subtly Mediterranean style. Thirteen sets of windowed double doors framed with gauzy curtains flood the room with natural light. Recessed lighting keeps the mood calm and congenial at night. The built-in wooden dance floor invites diners to step lively when the music begins—that is, if the fine food and dining companions don’t hold them entranced at their tables. The Board Room next door also entices with its intimate dimensions and relaxing ambiance. It’s an excellent space for after-dinner drinks, cake cutting and toasts, as well as smaller dinners, meetings and gatherings.

Other very special spaces on this premier property include a well-appointed bride’s changing room with an elegant white couch, full-length mirror, vanity table and plenty of room for hanging elaborate gowns. It opens onto a semiprivate breezeway and small patio garden with views of the final green. The Mountain View Room, by the pub and grill, features its own built-in dance floor and could serve as a great place for dancing and drinks with a clubbier feel or a playroom for the kids in attendance. You can even use the pub and grill after hours.

Remember, this is a Wedgewood Wedding and Banquet Center, which means that everything from invitations, response cards and thank-you notes, to toasting goblets, photographers, customized cakes, flowers, music and menu selections is available in carefully designed packages executed according to your wishes and to the most exacting standards. After all, they have their trademark reputation to uphold and marvelous memories to create.

Fees & Deposits

25% of the estimated total event cost is required to reserve your date. An additonal 25% is due 120 days prior to the event and the balance (based on your final guest count) is due 10 days prior. All payments are credited towards your final balance and are nonrefundable and nontransferable. All-inclusive, completely customizable wedding packages start at $33/person. Tax, alcohol and a 21–22% service charge are additional.
