Fees & Deposits

A $1000 deposit is required to reserve your date. ($500 is refundable if cancelled within 90 days of your reservation.) 50% is due 90 days prior, and the balance is due 1 week prior to the event. Rental fees range $3,500–4,500 depending on the day of the event. Meals range $40–175/person. Tax and alcohol are additional as is an 18% service charge on food service only.
