Fees & Deposits

50% of the total event cost is required to reserve your date and the balance is due 30 days prior to the event. Rental fee is a flat $9,800 for 3-day use of the entire property. This includes the main house that sleeps 13, the honeymoon suite above the barn that sleeps 2, and the carriage barn that can accommodate a 100 person reception. You are free to use the carriage barn for reception, rehearsal dinner, brunch, etc.
