Fees & Deposits

A $750 deposit is required to reserve your date. The rental fee balance is due 60 days prior to the event. The rental fee for the main reception room and upper garden area is $1,800 for a 6 hour minimum, plus a patio setup fee of $200. Additional time is $100 per hour, plus a staffer’s time at $20/hour. This fee may range a bit depending on date and time of the event. For events longer than 6 hours, the staff’s hourly rate is $25/hour. Fee includes tables and chairs and set up. Rehearsal time is $100 for an hour and a half and staff fee is $40.

A gazebo ceremony only with chairs and setup for 60 people is $400 for 2 hours, plus a $500 deposit.  A special ceremony and reception package including 5-hour use of the patio, gazebo, with setup for up to 60 people is $750 and use of the kitchen is $75.

Intimate weddings for up to 88 people are $700, and include use of using the Rose Room patio and the Rose Room for the reception. Patio setup is $200.

The Rose Room can be rented separately for $500 for 6 hours.

Ample parking and great kitchen facilities are onsite.
