25% of the estimated event total is required to reserve your date. Another 50% of the estimated total is due 60 days prior to the event and the balance is due 14 days prior.  Rental fees start at $500 and vary depending on day and time of the event, the space selected, your guest count and other factors. Meals range from $75-350/person. Tax, alcohol and a 21% service charge are additional.
