50% of the facility fee is required to reserve your date. A portion is due 60–90 days prior and the estimated remaining balance is due 14 days prior to the event. For weddings, site facility fees range $2,500–5,000 depending on the space rented. The facility fee includes ceremony coordination, rehearsal and setup. Catering services are provided: receptions, wine-tasting events, rehearsal & wedding dinners, and brunches. Pricing and menus are available upon request.
Meals range $50–200/person. Tax, alcohol and a 20% service charge are additional. The courtyard is available for functions from April–October. A buyout of the hotel (20 rooms/40 guests) is required when using the courtyard for ceremonies or private functions. Food and beverage minimums, as well as additional room deposits will apply for a buyout.
