Fees & Deposits

20% of the total event cost is required to reserve your date and the balance is due on the day of the event. Rental fees range $150–8,000 depending on spaces reserved, day and time rented, guest count, room setup, and clubhouse closure.. Meals range $35–85/person. Tax, alcohol and a 20% service charge are additional.
