Fees & Deposits

A $600 deposit is required to reserve your date and the balance is due on the day of the event. Rental fees range $50–150 depending on the space reserved. Meals range $19–92/person. Tax, alcohol and a 20% service charge are additional. Server gratuity is $100 per server or 20%, whichever is greater. Restaurant buyouts available for $7,500–15,000 food and beverage minimum, depending on day and time reserved.
