Driving into the exclusive Meadowood Napa Valley property is indeed a pleasure. You follow a narrow tree-shaded lane, flanked by forested hillsides, to the sophisticated estate, which includes a wine education program, executive conference center and first-rate recreational facilities. The superbly designed buildings are reminiscent of New England during the early 1900s, with white balconies, gabled roofs and gray clapboard siding. All is secluded on 250 acres of densely wooded Napa Valley countryside.
The sprawling, multi-tiered clubhouse accommodates private parties. It’s set high, overlooking lush green fairways and manicured lawns. The large Vintners’ Room and Woodside Room are available for indoor meetings or receptions. The Vintners’ Room is fabulous, with high ceilings and a stone fireplace, decks with umbrella-shaded tables and outstanding views.
For outdoor celebrations, Meadowood arranges tables and tents on the lawns next to the Vintners’ Room. There is something very special about this facility. It provides award-winning cuisine, deluxe accommodations and an environment to match. It ranks high on our list of special event locations.
CEREMONY CAPACITY: The resort can accommodate 6–1000 guests seated outdoors or 6–150 guests seated indoors.
EVENT/RECEPTION CAPACITY: The Golf Course can accommodate 1000 seated guests. The Vintners’ Room seats 120 guests indoors, and the lawn area can accommodate up to 250 seated guests. The Woodside Room seats 50 guests with dance floor and 75 guests without. The Woodside Lawn can accommodate 75 seated guests.
For weddings, the $750–9,500 facility fee also serves as the deposit required to secure your date. The facility fee includes ceremony coordination, rehearsal and setup, a white aisle runner, china, glassware and floor-length white table linens with overlays and napkins. Votive candles and moon lanterns are provided for evening events. Catering services are provided: lunch buffets and barbecues start at $72/person, 3-course luncheons start at $65/person, and 4-course dinners start at $140/person. Tax and a 20% service charge are applied to the final total.
