Driving to the exclusive Meadowood Napa Valley property is indeed a pleasure. A narrow tree-shaded lane flanked by forested hillsides leads you into the sophisticated estate, which offers wine experiences, cooking classes, sporting venues, an all-suite spa, a health and fitness center, swimming pools and beautifully appointed guest rooms.
The superbly designed buildings are reminiscent of New England during the early 1900s, with white balconies, gabled roofs and gray clapboard siding. All is secluded on 250 acres in the heart of Napa Valley.
The sprawling, multi-tiered clubhouse accommodates small private parties and large celebrations with equal ease. It's set high on a slope, overlooking lush green fairways and manicured lawns. The spacious Vintners and Woodside Rooms are available for receptions, luncheons or dinners with dancing. The Vintners Room is particularly fabulous, with a high ceiling, stone fireplace and outstanding views. On request, the adjacent lawn can be set up with tables and tents for an outdoor affair.

CEREMONY CAPACITY: The resort can accommodate 6–1,000 guests seated outdoors or 6–100 seated indoors.
EVENT/RECEPTION CAPACITY: The Golf Course accommodates 1,000 seated guests. The Vintners Room seats 120 indoors, and the lawn area accommodates up to 250 seated. The Woodside Room seats 45 with a dance floor and 60 guests without. The Woodside Lawn accommodates 75 seated guests.

For weddings, the facility fee is $2,000–12,000 depending on the day and time of year, and includes ceremony coordination, rehearsal and setup, china, glassware and floor-length white or ivory table linens with overlays and napkins. Votive candles and bistro lights are provided for evening events. Catering services are provided. Lunch buffets and barbecues start at $78/person, 3-course luncheons start at $76/person, and 4-course dinners start at $148/person. Tax and a 20% service charge are applied to the final total.
