CEREMONY CAPACITY: The outdoor gazebo accommodates 120 seated guests. In case of inclement weather, your wedding coordinator can offer options.

EVENT/RECEPTION & MEETING CAPACITY: The property can accommodate 12–175 seated guests indoors. The gazebo and deck hold up to 120 seated outdoors.

Cost: Prices, Deposits, Etc.

A deposit equal to the amount of the site fee, which ranges $3,000–10,000, is due upon signing of the event contract. Luncheons start at $95/person, dinners at $115/person; alcohol, tax and a 21% service charge are additional. A final confirmed guest count and entrée choices is due 2 weeks before the event, with adjustments accepted along with the final payment 3 working days before the event.
