CEREMONY CAPACITY: The Paris Foyer holds 120 guests for a seated ceremony. The Sydney Lounge holds 75 standing guests; the north section of the Paris Ballroom holds 175 seated or 250 standing guests.
EVENT/RECEPTION CAPACITY: The hotel’s various spaces hold up to 170 seated or 300 standing guests indoors.
MEETING CAPACITY: There are several spaces available that accommodate 80–200 seated guests.
25% of the estimated total is required as a refundable deposit to reserve your date, the balance is due within 72 hours of the event date. The room rental fee ranges $250–2,000 depending on the number of guests and rooms rented; the fee may be waived if the event total exceeds a certain amount; call for details. Catering is provided through the hotel. Wedding packages start at $12,000. There is a $200 bartender fee; a $6/person fee will apply if you bring in your own wedding cake. Tax and a 23% service charge are additional. For business meetings, the room rental fee starts at $500; catering costs, tax and service charges are additional.
