Fees & Deposits

The rental fee and 50% of the catering total is required upon booking the estate. Rental fees range $12,000–13,000 depending on the length of the event. Catering is provided exclusively by Paula LeDuc Fine Catering. Pricing starts at $250/person and includes food, beverage, equipment and staff. Lighting, stage and dance floor are additional.
