Fees & Deposits
A deposit of one third of the wedding package price is due upon booking; half of the balance is due 6 months prior, and the remaining balance plus a $1,000 refundable security deposit is due 30 days prior to the event. All other deposits are non-refundable. The Three Day Wedding Package is $12,500, and includes lodging and catered breakfast for up to 16 guests plus the wedding couple for two nights. Wedding coordination, assisted parking and more are also included. Event catering ranges $40–150/person; tax and an 18% service charge are additional. You may bring your own alcohol, but you must use the site’s licensed servers.
Additional guest accommodations in rustic shared cabins are available for up to 150 people; please call for details. Custom retreat packages are also available; please call for quote.
