Fees & Deposits

A $250 refundable deposit is required to reserve your date and the balance is due 2 weeks prior to the event. Rental fees range $200–1,750 depending on the day of the event, total time, guest count and the space rented. Originally built in 1925 as the Belle Monte Country Club for the 9-hole golf course that ran down the hillside to Notre Dame de Namur University.
