Fees & Deposits

A $6,000 deposit is required to reserve your date. 50% of the estimated cost is due 6 months prior, and the balance is due 10 days prior to the event. Site fee is $6,000, with discounts available depending on the season, day of the event and space rented. Ceremony fee ranges $500–$1,200. Event packages which include meals, wine, non-alcoholic beverages, basic rentals and staffing average $200-$400 per person. Tax and a 20% service charge are additional.
