Blackhawk Museum

Why We Like This Place

The Blackhawk Museum is an exciting place for private events. Overlooking Blackhawk Plaza, the building is a study in glass, granite and stainless steel—a multi-million-dollar facility that showcases rare classic automobiles and automotive fine art and artifacts in elegant, sumptuous surroundings. The foyer is awe-inspiring with its soaring skylights and dusty rose Italian granite floors and walls. The juxtaposition of metal and stone with soft rich colors creates a vivid impression. As the sun sets through the tinted glass façade, the entire space is bathed in a warm glow.

The dining area presents a striking contrast—black from its granite floor to unadorned ceiling. Beautiful vintage cars border the dining area and are highlighted by a network of computerized lights. Here guests are dazzled by colorful fender curves, gleaming surfaces and sparkling brass and chrome.

And what’s particularly nice about this 65,000-square-foot facility is that you have so many options from which to choose. The facility’s numerous event spaces include the automobile galleries, lobbies, mezzanine, terraces, classroom, executive room, outdoor plaza with fountain, and more. If you’re seeking a smashing venue in the East Bay for a personal celebration or a company soirée, this is the place to have an unforgettable event.
