Fees & Deposits

20% of the food and beverage minimum is due at contract signing. Minimums vary depending upon the space rented and date and time of the event. Event balance is due on the day of the event. Rental fees range $0–500 depending on the complexity of the setup. Three course meals range $40–75/person. Tax, alcohol and a 20% service charge are additional.

Availability

Year round, daily,11:30am–11pm (may be extended depending on agreement). Certain holidays and seasonal peak times may not be available. Please check with the Special Events Manager.
