Fees & Deposits

20% of the rental fee or a $500 cleaning/security deposit is required to reserve your date and the balance is due 24 hours prior to the event. Rental fees start at $1,800 for the largest space, and vary depending on the day and time of the event and the guest count. The upstairs meeting space has a separate pricing sheet. Please contact the Director of Hospitality/Special Projects for meeting space information.
