San Francisco Bay Area Real Wedding | James Leary Flood Mansion
The balcony at the Flood Mansion offers amazing views of San Francisco. It's the perfect spot to sneak away after you've said your I dos. Plus, it provides a great opportunity for your photographer to capture a romantic moment with the Golden Gate Bride in the background.

Instead of throwing rice or rose petals the couple had their guests blow bubbles. Just a little touch of magic!
This was a Persian wedding and Nelle of ZahZoom Weddings & Parties told us that the basket of eggs was part of the Sofreh spread. The eggs, almonds and hazelnuts in these displays symbolize fertility.
Another Persian tradition is for the newlyweds to dip their pinkies in honey and feed it to each other to sweeten life.
This was a large wedding designed to feel intimate, with lots of mingling, and an abundance of incredible food. The couple wanted it to feel both modern and luxurious, and to honor both Persian and Western culture.
The mansion has a pretty enclosed courtyard off of the Grand Hall. It's a wonderful spot for your guests to enjoy a cocktail. For this wedding there were hookahs set up on each table, and mini-marzipan as guest favors.
The instrument being played is the traditional Persian Santur, or three-octave wooden-hammered dulcimer.
This food station featured traditional kabob and Javaher Polow, Persian Wedding Rice.

San Francisco Bay Area Real Wedding | Winery SF
The beautiful bride and groom choose Winery SF because they were really attracted to the history of the building, as a jet hanger, and loved it's modern industrial yet rustic feel. They're also avid wine enthusiasts.

The camera on the guestbook table was for guests to take mini-polaroids to add to the guest books along with well wishes and messages of love.
The bride and groom had a photo-tree of manzanita branches where they hung meaningful, vintage family photographs.
The happy couple danced to “Another 1st Kiss” – They Might Be Giants (acoustic).
