(What does this mean?)
These Reviews are from real brides who have used this vendor's services—pulled straight from their Certified by The Guide reference check. We only post reviews that we have collected, so we can feel confident that they are the real deal. Yes, we know. We're control freaks.

“Our older guests and younger guests were up and dancing the entire time—our dance floor was packed!!! We ALL had a blast and I wish I could re-live the reception all over again.”

“All of the DJs at Verducci really take the time to get to know the couple and their particular taste in music.”

“Our ‘do not play’ list was definitely respected, even when my mother-in-law was making requests on the do not play list. Everything was handled calmly and with professionalism.”

“Andrew was always so responsive, patient and accommodating. He even kept our first dance a secret from me at my groom’s request! And he got to the venue really early the day of the wedding.”

“They were more than willing to work within our budget.”

“DJ Lawrence moved the event along on the timeline we provided to him. He was absolutely wonderful.”

Questions and Answers

What 3 words best describe your work? Polished. Professional. Exciting.

Tell us about your company name. Verducci Event Productions started off as Verducci Entertainment. It’s a family name of one of the owners and it reminds us to always treat our clients and our employees like family.

Why should someone hire you? We provide a great service. We are constantly improving our service and never complacent with the level of positive feedback we receive from our clients.

What are the common misconceptions about your services? That all a DJ does is press play. We create a personalized service that involves emceeing, event direction, and creating different moods through music and announcements. At the end of the night, we rock out every event with a dance party. Pressing play takes a second—running an event takes dedication.

What drew you to this field/how did you get started? Both owners of the business started out as DJs for other companies. They gained experience and were able to pinpoint both the positive experiences and the areas of improvement to create a company that is top-notch in every way.

What are some sources of inspiration or influences on your work? Other vendors and other DJs. We are constantly on the lookout for trends, creativity, and inspiration in our field. There is so much going on in the musical world and so many different styles; you can never truly stop being inspired.

Tell us about a favorite, unusual or very interesting moment at a wedding: Our favorite moment was at a 2012 wedding in San Francisco. Unfortunately, the week before the wedding, one of the groomsmen passed away. At the reception, another groomsmen (an amazing singer) played a song to the bride and groom in his honor. The whole room was moved by such a touching performance.

What makes a wedding memorable for you? Building a rapport with client, providing them with the best party of their lives and getting a huge hug at the end of the night.

What have weddings taught you? That there is always room for improvement. We are always asking ourselves how we can make the experience better for our clients.

What is the best advice you give a couple when planning their wedding? Hire great vendors—professionals. The peace of mind that they deliver will allow you to enjoy your wedding instead of having to worry about it.

If you could have any superpower on the job, what would it be? Mind reading. It would help us further entertain everyone on the dance floor!

What are 3 words that describe your personality? Genuine. Honest. Loyal.

What's your favorite marriage advice? Marriage is all about maturity (and of course LOVE).
