What 3 words describe your work? Approachable. Beautiful. Creative.

Tell us about your company name. Stark & Co. Catering: The owners are Mark and Terri Stark of Stark Reality Restaurants, which include Willi's Wine Bar, Willi's Seafood & Raw Bar, Monti's Rotisserie & Bar and Stark's Steakhouse. The name of our catering company encompasses all of the cuisines from the four restaurants.

Why should someone hire you? Stark & Co. Catering has an unmatched ability to bring the quality and diversity of our restaurants directly to your event.

What are common misconceptions about your services? Great restaurants don't necessarily equate to great caterers. Mark and Terri have 20 years catering experience between them.

What are some sources of inspiration or influences on your work? Seasonal products, family-style formats, and food with flavor and flair.

Tell us about a favorite, unusual or most interesting moment at a wedding. The most memorable wedding was catering for 100 people on a 70-foot sailboat in the San Francisco Bay. When the vows were exchanged and the bride and groom were announced, the groom did a back flip overboard!

What makes a wedding memorable for you? When the couple sends a letter six months after their wedding saying their guests are still raving about the food!

What have weddings taught you? Patience.

What is the best advice you give to a couple when planning their wedding? Stay true to the wedding you want. Don't solicit too many opinions, hire the right professionals to take care of the details, and then enjoy the ride.

If you could have any super power on the job, what would it be? To control the weather.

What three words describe your personality? Fun. Focused. Fun!
