Highest quality, timeless, fun.
Mandy Scott Flowers—what can I say? We don't hide behind an invented name. My name and reputation are at stake with every wedding we create…I have my name above the door and it guarantees you quality of service.
It is important we are on your side helping you get what you want and not imposing our ideas on you. We work with most budgets and work hard to create designs that match your vision and desires. We help ensure your flower choices and designs are perfect. Our depth of knowledge of what works and what doesn’t given the location and time of year of your wedding are important to realizing your vision. We help you make your money go further by making experienced suggestions (not decisions, those are yours). Last but not least we have contingency plans in place for the inevitable challenges that can crop up from time to time. Your wedding is not the day for things to go wrong—not on our watch.
In a former life I was a qualified accredited Accountant and Managing Director for a global investment bank, coordinating large teams and big projects. After 10 years of traveling the world for business, seeing amazing design and creativity, I realized my passion lay with design—and more importantly—with event design. My mind was made up, so I trained as a floral designer for 5 years in college and with a select few of the best floral designers in the world before founding my own business over a decade ago.
I keep a close eye on what's happening in interior design, fashion and technology developments. I frequently visit exhibitions and read a ton of design and creative magazines. I draw inspiration from all of these things and also from art.
Every wedding is memorable to me for one reason or another. It might be an interesting family member or family dynamic, a unique design element we came up with for the couple, the weather, or the amazing team of professionals that made something happen against the odds.
Trust your wedding professionals to do their job so you can enjoy every second of your big day. Your day goes by in a heartbeat, so don't waste it stressing about the details or managing them—this is what your wedding professionals are for.
Omnipresence! I'm a pretty good multi-tasker, but to be everywhere at once would be awesome!
Energetic, caring, detail-oriented.
Movie: Pretty Woman. Work of art: Anything by David Hockney.
"Live well. Laugh often. Love much." Never sure who it is attributed to, but I try to live my life that way.
Work at it. Sometimes it's hard. Listen and think before you say something you may regret later!
Hiking in the headlands with my pooch Milo, design shows, movies, food and wine.
Cannot think of anything I would rather do. I get to spend every day helping other people achieve their dream weddings AND I work in a room full of amazing flowers.
Me and Milo out for a romp on Chrissy Field on the way home, followed by feet up with a glass of champagne or a good movie.
Didn't I mention him already? Milo the wonder dog—my adorable Australian Terrier. There’s a teddy bear look about him that always makes me smile.
Love love love sitting on the deck at Auberge Du Soleil at lunchtime looking out over the Napa Valley. Farm at Carneros Inn, Bungalow 44 in Mill Valley is a regular haunt, and Osha Thai on Union—their lunch special is to die for. All have a place in my heart!
Mandy and her team have experience in locations across the USA and Hawaii as well as international locations including London, England, Paris, France and more. Language skills include American and British English, Spanish and French.

“The flowers were one of my favorite aspects of our wedding. They were so fresh and the colors were so vibrant—Mandy really got my vision and brought it to life. It blew me away; it was really perfect. I couldn’t be happier.”
“Her floral arrangements were mesmerizing.”
“When I sat down with Mandy the first time (for an initial flower consultation), she took the concepts I had in my mind and described a total look and feel to the event in great detail—even including ideas for centerpieces and other décor on that very first day. She clearly knew exactly what I was trying to envision and from that point I felt like I was in great hands.”
“She knows the importance of flowers at a wedding celebration and she works with you, your budget and your taste to make sure there are beautiful centerpieces, bouquets and boutonnieres.”
“She really made the flower process easy and less stressful. Our budget was respected and kept, which we were happy about. She substituted other, less expensive flowers in to make the place look spectacular without compromising our budget or the overall look.”
“I went in to meet Mandy one afternoon at her store on Union Street. When I walked in I was immediately impressed. It was just beautiful and the arrangements that adorned the store were gorgeous.”
“She has an eye for beauty and her flower work is really an art form. She is the utmost professional and I would highly recommend her services.”
“Her prices were reasonable and she didn’t just give us a great product, she gave us the ideas and suggestions to really put the extra special touch on our event.”
“Mandy was a blessing. She listened to everything I described and was very honest about what was going to be more difficult to achieve (not a lot of flowers come in navy blue). But she offered great innovative ideas to match the look and feel I was trying to achieve.”
“I felt like Mandy was more of a friend than a vendor by the end.”(What does this mean?)
