Family-owned and service-oriented, Cafe Soleil believes that even a bride on a budget deserves the most elegant, high-quality and delicious wedding food possible. Their catering menu features a wide range of flavors—from sirloin steak with Gorgonzola butter, to chicken saltimbocca, to herbed risotto and pan-seared duck. (Is your mouth watering yet?) You may choose from one of their pre-fixed menus or customize a menu to your suit your tastes.
Cafe Soleil Catering offers all-inclusive packages starting at just $39 per person. This includes set up, clean up, serving staff, china, stemware, utensils, linens, tax and gratuities. Owner Jennifer Arrouzet guarantees there will be no surprises or hidden fees in the pricing.

Because I give 200%. I go above and beyond my contractual duties. I am the first one there, and the last one to leave.
That because we are so reasonably priced, we must use inferior products. I believe that we do not have to gouge our customers; that even at our $39 rate, we can still be profitable. I have the same quality, presentation and service as companies that charge 2-3 times our rate. I believe every bride deserves a beautiful wedding.
I’ve had my restaurant for 22 years now. 10 years ago, I started catering. It was such a natural fit. I believe having 12 years in the restaurant business really helped me, as I took on outside events. I learned timing, customer service, and how to serve delicious food in large quantities.
Because I am self-taught, I absorb everything like a sponge. Whether taught by other chefs or hands-on, I always try to take the best of the best of what I see and learn and implement it into my catering services.
Seeing the smile on my bride’s face when she has that first dance as husband and wife. Knowing her day is perfect, and I gave her everything she dreamed of. I am more than just a caterer; most times, I am the coordinator, the caterer, and her shoulder to lean on. I usually work with my brides all year long.
That you do not get a “do-over” for someone's most important day of their life. That it has to be as perfect as possible from start to finish. She has dreamed of this day her whole life.
To please take a second and try to absorb everything around them. Their wedding day will go by and end so fast. I really try to tell them to just take a step back and remember the look on their father or mother’s face, or their significant other. To take a second alone with each other to savor the moment.
To be able to set the room up in 3.9 seconds!
