They offer a fine selection of free-range, grass-fed meats and sustainably harvested fish, as well as inspired vegetarian and vegan menus.

Seasonal cuisine means you will always get the freshest ingredients. Menus might include asparagus and chevre crepes in spring, summer vegetable terrines, pumpkin seed encrusted sea bass in fall, or exotic mushroom phyllo roulades in winter.
