Guest rooms start at $179/night plus tax, depending on availability, time of year and accommodations selected. Dream Inn rates during peak season will begin closer to $309/night plus tax. These rates are not guaranteed until contracted and based upon availability.

Room Block Details

Minimum number of rooms and/or nights required for room block discount: Minimum 5 rooms for a courtesy block with a one night minimum November–May. Beginning June–August there is a a two night minimum.

Room Block Discounts and Notes

Minimum 5 rooms for a courtesy block with a one night minimum November–May. Beginning June–August there is a a two night minimum. After setting up a contract the group will have up to 30 days prior to the first night’s arrival to take advantage of the discounted rate. Any reservations requests made after the cut-off date will be accepted subject to room and rate availability.
