Fees & Deposits

A $2,500 nonrefundable deposit is required to reserve your date, and the balance of all rental fees is due 6 months prior to the event. Rental fees are $5,000 for the wedding day and $2,500 each for a rehearsal dinner the night before or a brunch the following morning.
