We’d like to introduce you to a sophisticated facility whose spaces can compete with those of the best event sites. There’s even a rose garden and an amphitheater for ceremonies! Would you believe that this beautifully designed venue is a community center?
Built in 1989, this outstanding rose-colored granite-and-glass structure features pools, fountains and lush landscaping. Inside, the Fountain Room is the most popular area for receptions. Curved laminated beams radiate from a center point, creating a domed ceiling 40 feet high. This sizable room, decorated in subtle plums and lavenders, is equally suitable for black-tie affairs, casual parties and large meetings.
For smaller events we like the cool, gray Terrace Room, which is perfect for intimate dinners or cocktail mixers. Guests are welcomed into the space through a wonderful gallery that features different works of art each month. Warmed by light filtering through a 40-foot wall of windows, it also overlooks the center’s fountain courtyard.

CEREMONY CAPACITY: Outdoors, the Rose Garden holds 75 seated guests and the Amphitheater seats 250. Indoors, the Fountain Room seats 250 banquet-style or 300 theater-style; the Terrace Room seats 80 banquet-style or 110 theater-style.
EVENT/RECEPTION CAPACITY: The Fountain Room holds 250 seated guests. The Terrace Room accommodates 80 seated or 140 for a standing reception. Outdoors, the Rose Garden holds 120 seated or 175 standing guests, and the Amphitheater seats 250.
MEETING CAPACITY: Several spaces accommodate 20–250 seated guests.
A $100–1,000 security deposit (depending on the room rented) is required when you book the facility. The rental fee is due 90 days prior to the event. If the booking occurs less than 90 days prior, the rental fees are due at the time of the booking along with the security deposit. Rental fees range $45–320/hour depending on the day and spaces rented. Sunday evening events as well as San Ramon residents will receive a discounted rate. A 4-hour minimum is required for the Fountain and Terrace Rooms.
