25% of the total event cost is required within 14 days of the contract signing to reserve your date, and the balance is due 3 days prior to the event. The rental fee ranges $400–6,000 depending on the season, day of the week, guest count, and the food & beverage total. Meals range $19–90/person. Tax, alcohol and a 23% service charge are additional.
