Rutherford Wedding Venue
180 Rutherford Hill Road
Rutherford, California 94573
Nestled in a 33-acre sunlit olive grove on the slopes of Rutherford Hill, Auberge du Soleil is not only one of wine country's most iconic venues, it's also one of its most romantic. In addition to breathtaking views, its five-star accommodations, service, and Michelin Star-rated culinary program have made it a magical destination for weddings.
No matter where you celebrate here, you're surrounded by beauty. The Terrace is an idyllic spot for exchanging vows and mingling over cocktails. From its airy hillside perch, this spacious deck overlooks a spectacular view of tree-covered hills and the Napa Valley stretching all the way to the horizon. The adjoining Vista Rooms, which open to the Terrace through multiple French doors, share the same view and provide a warm, casually elegant space for a reception.
Smaller ceremonies are held in La Pagode, an open-air, Asian-inspired pavilion tucked away among centuries-old olive trees, vineyards, and a sculpture garden. An exquisite dinner follows in the Maison d'Arbre, otherwise known as "The Treehouse". Located above the main level of the hotel, it's a unique private dining room with large windows and French doors that open to its own deck and a Napa Valley panorama.
At Auberge du Soleil, your experience will be as rewarding as the venue itself. Their team of professionals makes planning your wedding stress-free by providing plenty of personal attention along with their expertise. Exceptional cuisine is a priority at the inn, which specializes in Mediterranean-inspired food that showcases the freshest, seasonal ingredients from local and regional vendors. Renowned Executive Chef Robert Curry will customize a menu especially for you, and oversee its preparation by his talented culinary staff. To complement your meal, Wine Director Kris Margerum is happy to create the perfect pairing using selections from the hotel's award-winning wine cellar.
With a setting as picturesque as this one, you and your guests will want to savor it as long as possible. So why not stay an extra night or two? The accommodations at Auberge du Soleil are a delight: Terraced down the hillside, a series of earth-toned maisons house 50 guest rooms and suites, each with its own fireplace, private outdoor terrace, and views of the Napa Valley. You'll be treated to a spacious bathroom with a separate shower and soaking tub, custom-crafted bath products, sumptuous Italian linens, down bedding and duvets … and complimentary guest amenities including wine, fruit, snacks, espresso and more.
Luxurious, yet in harmony with nature … chic, yet cozy … tranquil, healing, and oh-so-lovely. Auberge du Soleil indulges and satisfies all the senses, which is why it has captivated guests for over three decades and will continue to do so for years to come.
