Katrina Rozelle offers an award-winning line of pastries, cakes and desserts daily. She provides gorgeous custom products for all kinds of events, including small pastries, handmade chocolates, individual desserts and wedding and celebration cakes.
Free tastings are provided Tuesday through Sunday by appointment. Custom designs are encouraged and many custom flavors are available. Katrina can do beautiful floral finishes, both fresh and handmade, and combines classical European techniques with traditional American flavors.
