Fees & Deposits

For Barn Weddings: The rental fee ranges $200–2,800 and the ceremony fee ranges $750–250. Minimum menu prices range $60–86/person, and food and beverage minimums range $4,000–22,000. Prices vary depending on the day of the week, the time, and the season.
For Top of the Hill Weddings: Food and beverage minimums range $12,000–25,000 depending on the day of the week. There is a $6,000 ceremony usage fee for a ceremony only, and a $13,000 fee for a ceremony and cocktail reception.
For weddings at both sites: Tax, alcohol, and a 20% service fee are additional.
