Fees & Deposits

A nonrefundable $2,500 deposit is required to secure your date. The estimated event total is due 4 weeks prior to your event. Any additional balance is due at the conclusion of the event. The rental fee ranges $1,000–2,000 and the food and beverage minimum ranges $11,000–16,000 depending on the day of the week. Tax, alcohol, and 20% service charge are additional. There is a $750 ceremony fee.

Availability

Year-round, Fridays 6pm–midnight, Saturday and Sunday until midnight. Weddings take place in 5-hour blocks. Additional time available for $500/half hour.
