Fees & Deposits

A refundable $750 security deposit is required to reserve your date. 4-hour wedding packages start at $500, and must be booked 45 days in advance.

For Montgomery and Prince George’ County residents, 8-hour wedding packages range $500-1,550, depending on time of year and day of the week. For non-residents, rental fees range $600-1,860.
