Fees & Deposits

A 50% rental fee payment and signed contract is required to reserve your date. The remaining balance and damage/overtime deposit are due 120 days before the event. The damage deposit ranges $500-800 based on the date and amount of time rented. For eight hour rentals, $1,500 of your rental fee can be considered a tax-deductible contribution to the Audubon Naturalist Society. Rental fees for these events range from $2,600 for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays December-March, to $7,000 for Saturday evening events April, May, June, September, and October.

For 12 hour rentals, $2,500 of your rental fee can be considered a tax-deductible contribution to the Audubon Naturalist Society. The 12-hour rental fee for a Saturday in April, May, June, September or October is $9,400.
