Why We Like This Place

Originally built as a lavish wedding gift for a beloved son, the Overhills Mansion is a fully restored landmark from the late Victorian era. Garden weddings are particularly sweet here: Say your vows under a simple wood trellis embellished with flowers, then retire indoors for dinner and dancing in the 1920s-era ballroom.

Fees & Deposits

For a Monday-Friday daytime event, the rental fee is $500. Friday and Sunday events are $975, and Saturday afternoon or evening events are $1,275. Seated dinners range $26.50-79, and include salad and entree, Buffets range $25-79. Vegetarian and kosher style options are available upon request. Tax, alcohol, and service charge are additional.
