Fees & Deposits

A refundable $600 security deposit is required to reserve your date.The rental fee is $3,200 for a Sunday event, or $3,500 for Saturday. Rental fees are due 30 days prior to the event. Saturday and Sunday weddings may be from 10am-midnight. Additional ceremony and reception time may be reserved for an additional $300/hour. Fees include a tented 40 x 57 patio. The tent features sides that can be opened or closed, two chandeliers, dixie lights, and four mounted fans in each corner of the tent.
